Hello, I'm Barry L. Mathews, a professional offshore Materials & Logistics Coordinator with more than 10 years oil field experience, more than 7 years working offshore. I've worked Inland Barge, Platform Rigs, Shelf and Deepwater projects.
I've worked in Drilling (Spud), Vertical, Directional and Horizontal. Completions, De-Completions, Re-Completions, Workovers, T&A, P&A and Well Testing. Also, I have experience with "SIMOPS" while Drilling, Workovers and Re-Completions on active multi-well production platforms.
Geographic areas worked include South Louisiana and South Texas Shorebase operations and offshore Gulf of Mexico, State and OCS-G waters.
I'm very proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Dims, RIMBase, Brutus and SEMP.
I'm a team player whose main function is to reduce the companies' daily costs by creating and implementing cost efficient inventory controls. Reducing costly non-essential service personnel, and overall P.O.B. Consolidating and coordinating marine cargo movements to reduce marine and over-land transportation costs and reduce dock storage / crane fees. In conjunction to reducing daily costs, doing all daily Company, State, and Federal (MMS) reports in a timely manner. |
